R-POD Main Contact Termination Procedures

In the event that the main contact person for the NMS R-POD from your store or company terminates his or her position or is no longer the main contact, please contact Veronica Gancov directly to inform NMS so that a new contact person can be added in the POD Catalog.

The old contact person must be removed and replaced with a current contact to ensure that your store continues to have ordering privileges within the NMS POD Catalog.  You can contact Veronica by email at vgancov@nacs.org, or by phone at (800) 622-7498, ext. 2343.
